These terms apply to using StivPik and to buying advertising space. By creating an account you accept them.

1. Who we are

StivPik is operated by MarketPalace ApS, company reg. no. 46641566, Møllevej 17, 2970 Hørsholm, Denmark. You can always write to support@stivpik.com.

2. What the service is — and is not

StivPik is an advertising directory. We provide space where adult advertisers can present themselves and their services, and where visitors can find them and get in touch.

We are not a party to any agreement between an advertiser and a visitor. We do not broker services, do not take payment on an advertiser's behalf, do not arrange meetings, and have no influence over what happens between two adults who find each other through the site. All content in an ad is the advertiser's own responsibility.

3. Access and age

The site is for people over 18 only. You confirm your age the first time you visit. We may at any time require proof of age and identity from an advertiser, and we reject or close profiles where we are in doubt.

4. Creating an ad

  • You must be 18 or over and be the person the ad is about.
  • You must hold the rights to the photos you upload — your own, or ones you have permission to use. We remove photos where that is not the case.
  • Details of services, prices, location and availability must be your own and accurate.
  • One person, one profile. Agencies and clinics register as a clinic and state who works there.

Your ad is reviewed before it becomes visible. Photos are approved individually.

5. What you may not advertise

  • Anything involving people under 18, or that gives that impression.
  • Services provided under coercion, threats, debt or other exploitation — including on someone else's behalf.
  • Services that are illegal under Danish law, including procuring and human trafficking.
  • Other people's photos, names or phone numbers.
  • Contact details or referrals that route around the site to avoid moderation.

Breaches lead to immediate closure without refund, and we report anything that suggests coercion or minors to the police.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the site when you choose a period and include VAT. Payment is by bank transfer to MarketPalace ApS using the reference you are given. Your ad is activated once we have registered the payment — usually the next banking day.

Unpaid orders lapse on their own after a while. The period runs from activation, not from ordering.

7. Right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer, you have 14 days to withdraw. Advertising space is a digital service delivered immediately: if you ask for the ad to be activated within those 14 days, you also consent to delivery beginning, and the right of withdrawal lapses once the ad is active. If the ad has not been activated yet, you get the full amount back.

If you buy as a business, there is no right of withdrawal.

8. Moderation and closure

We may reject, edit or remove content that breaches these terms or the law, and we may suspend or close an account. If this happens because of a breach, the remaining period is not refunded. If it happens through no fault of yours, we refund proportionally.

You are told the reason and can object by writing to us.

9. Reviews and posts

Members can review advertisers they have met. A review must describe an actual experience and must not contain personal data about others, threats or false claims. We remove reviews that break this, but we do not edit them to make them nicer.

10. Liability

The site is provided as is. We cannot be held liable for agreements, meetings, services or losses arising from contact made through the site, nor for content an advertiser has uploaded. We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Our total liability towards an advertiser can never exceed what that advertiser has paid over the past twelve months.

11. Changes

We may change these terms. Significant changes are announced on the site or by email before they take effect. If you keep using the site, the new terms apply.

12. Complaints, governing law and venue

If you are unhappy, write to support@stivpik.com. As a consumer you may complain to Center for Klageløsning, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark, or through forbrug.dk.

Danish law applies, and any disputes are settled by the Danish courts.
