This page explains the rules for ads on our site, what makes us look at an ad, how fast we react, and what we do when something is wrong.

Last updated: 7 September 2026

1. The rules in short

  • Adults over 18 only. We can always ask for documentation.
  • You advertise for yourself only, with your own photos and your own details.
  • No ads involving coercion, debt, threats, or other people's photos and numbers.
  • One person, one profile. Clinics sign up as clinics.

The full wording is in the terms.

2. What makes us look

  • Every new photo is seen by a person before it is shown. Ads are reviewed in the queue after they are published.
  • Reports from visitors. There is a report link on every ad.
  • Photos that resemble photos we have removed before, or that appear on another ad.
  • The same phone number on several ads.
  • Notices from the police and from organisations we have a contact route with.
  • Verification that is about to expire.

3. How fast we react

Our target is a first look within 24 hours on every report, and within 2 hours when the report concerns minors or coercion. It is a target, not a guarantee, and we measure ourselves on it: the safety report shows the median time to a first look for the last 30 and 90 days. We show medians, not averages, and we never write 100 percent.

When in doubt we hide the ad first and investigate afterwards.

4. How to report

Use the report link on the ad, or write to us on the contact page. Tell us what you saw and where. We use your email only to ask follow-up questions and to tell you that the case has been handled. The advertiser is never told who reported, and never sees your text — only a fixed reason.

If you report your own ad, or a competitor without cause, we stop accepting reports from you.

5. What the advertiser is told

If we remove or restrict an ad, the advertiser gets a statement of reasons: what happened, which rule or law it concerns, and how to object. No decision is automated — a signal from the system is a question for a person, never a closure in itself. An objection is made by writing to us, and it is read by a person other than the one who made the decision whenever that is possible.

We keep every decision with date, rule and legal basis for five years so we can document that we reacted. The log is seen only by us and enters the safety report as numbers only.

6. Police and support organisations

If we suspect minors, coercion or trafficking, we report it to the police and preserve the material the police need. We do not contact the advertiser first if that could warn someone behind them.

Notices from Reden and SIO go first in the queue. We share no personal data with them without the person's own consent.

7. Contact point

Authorities and organisations can write to support@stivpik.com [separate address to be filled in before launch]. We answer in Danish and English.

8. What we do not do

  • We keep no shared register of visitors across advertisers. An advertiser can write a private note and block a number on her own ad; it is never shared with other advertisers. The figure she can see about a member is that member's own activity on this site — how long he has been a member, how many reviews he has written, and how many visits advertisers have confirmed. We do not judge whether anyone is a good or a bad customer.
  • We do not vouch for an ad being genuine. Verified means we have seen documentation and compared it with the photos.
  • We arrange, confirm and broker nothing between advertiser and visitor. We sell ad space at a fixed price. No cut, no brokering, no payment through us, no premises. That is set out under our business model.
